عقد فريق مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية ضمن انشطة مشروع تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين اليمن , اليوم لقاء بمدير عام مديرية سيئون الاستاذ / محمد عوض العامري
رئيس المجلس المحلي والامين العام للمجلس المحلي المهندس / حسين بامخرمة
وبحضور مدير الامن والشرطة بمديرية سيئون المقدم ركن / رياض جابر العجماء ضمن الحوارات المجتمعية للمشروع .
وفي اللقاء الذي عقد بقاعة الاجتماعات بديوان السلطة المحلية بالمديرية اشاد المدير العام للمديرية الاستاذ / محمد العامري بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية وتنفيذها لهذا المشروع الذي يؤرق الجميع سيما اطلاق الاعيرة النارية في الافراح والمناسبات وانتشار حمل السلاح , مؤكدا على اهمية ان
تلعب منظمات المجتمع المدني دورا فاعلا في الجانب التوعوي لخطورتها على المجتمع , داعيا الوافدين الى مدينة سيئون احترام عادات وتقاليد المنطقة , اضافة الى تفعيل دور عقال الحارات في الابلاغ وتكاتف المجتمعي من خلال تفعيل دور المواطن مع الاجهزة الامنية للحالات المخلة بالسكينة العامة وامن المواطن في المديرية .
وكان في بداية اللقاء تحدث الوسيط المجتمعي للمشروع بالمديرية المحامي
صبري عمر مسعود , ومريم حمادي ومنسق المشروع بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية / ياسر دويل شنتوف اعربوا عن شكرهم لقيادة السلطة المحلية والامنية بعقد هذا اللقاء والاستماع الى جملة من الملاحظات والمقترحات التي طرحت من خلال المنتديات
الحوارية التي عقدت خلال الفترة الماضية بمشاركة كوكبة من الناشطين والشباب والاعلامين لمناقشة ظاهرة اطلاق الاعيرة النارية وحمل السلاح .
كما استعرض منسق المشروع / ياسر باشنتوف اهداف المشروع الذي يهدف الى
تحسين السلامة المجتمعية للمجتمع وتأهيل الكادر الامني واقامة منتديات آمنة للحوار وتنفيذ مبادرات لتعزيز توعية المجتمع , ويستهدف خمس محافظات
بالجمهورية منها وادي حضرموت في ثلاث مديريات ( سيئون , تريم , القطن ) .
وبعد نقاشات مستفيضة والتأكيد على خطورة تلك الظواهر وعدد من الظواهر الاخرى وابرزها المخدرات تم الخروج بعدد من النتائج للحد والوقوف بحزم امامها وابرزها تفعيل منع حمل السلاح وفرض عقوبات على المستوى المجتمعي
والتنسيق بين الجهات الامنية والعسكرية اضافة الى تفعيل قرار كتابة
التعهدات لدى الشرطة ومرورها بعاقل الحارة في حالات الزواجات وابلاغ المأذونين بذلك بانه لم يتم العقد الى بحمل هذا التعهد اضافة الى تفعيل دور المواطن وردم الفجوة بين الشرطة والمواطن في الحفاظ على المصدر في
حالة البلاغات . أضافة الى اقامة حملات المناصرة والمبادرات التوعوية من قبل منظمات المجتمع المدني والملتقيات والمنتديات الشبابية حول مخاطر تلك الظواهر على الفرد والمجتمع .
حضر اللقاء عدد من عقال حارات احياء مديرية سيئون وعدد من الناشطين من المنتديات الحوارية .
