نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية عصر ومساء يوم الاربعاء الموافق 23 يونيو 2021م المنتدى المحلى لمناقشة قضية الدفاع المدني ودورة في الحد من الازمات بمديرية تريم ضمن أنشطة برنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! اليمن.
حول الدفاع المدني ودورة في الحد من الازمات عرف ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية
صادق باحويرث , وسلمى بامزروع بالتعريف ببرنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن وأنشطة المنتديات التي يشارك
فيها ناشطون وحقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين
في المجتمع , وتهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن والمجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية, مشيرين بان المشروع سيناقش 22
قضية اجتماعية من خلال المنتديات الحوارية على تسعة شهور .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى محورين رئيسين وهي مقدمة عن إدارة الدفاع المدني ودورهم في حياة المواطن ,وعمل الدفاع المدني في ظل طبيعة عملهم أضافة الى التوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي.
The Foundation implemented a local forum to discuss the issue of civil defense and a course on reducing crises in Tarim Directorate

On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development held a local forum to discuss the issue of civil defense and a crisis reduction course in Tarim Directorate within the activities of the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is implemented by the Foundation in partnership with the Resonate Yemen! Foundation. On civil defense and a course in crisis reduction, the facilitators of the dialogue forums knew the directorate of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development.
Sadiq Bahwarth and Salma Ba’amzrou introduced the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen and the activities of forums that participate.It has activists, jurists, social figures, neighborhoods, young people, and young girls.
In the community, it aims to promote dialogue between the community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community and to find a clear understanding among security officials of the needs of the community, which will lead to the promotion of community safety, noting that the project will discuss 22 social issues through dialogue forums for nine months.
Participants in the forum discussed two main themes, which are a prelude to the Department of Civil Defense and their role in the life of the citizen, and the work of civil defense in the nature of their work in addition to the final recommendations that will be discussed by facilitators and a number of activists with local authorities, competent security agencies and stakeholders to enhance community safety and enhance local security
