المؤسسة تنفذ المنتدى المحلى لمناقشة ظاهرتي حمل السلاح و أطلاق الاعيرة النارية في الاعراس والمناسبات في ثلاث مديريات بوادي حضرموت

نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية يومي السبت4/10 و الأحد 4/11 إبريل أنشطة المنتدى المحلى لمناقشة ظاهرة أطلاق الاعيرة النارية في الاعراس والمناسبات في مديريتي سيئون و القطن و ظاهرة حمل السلاح في مديرية تريم , ضمن أنشطة مشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! اليمن .

وتهدف المنتديات المحلية الحوارية التي عقدت في تلك المديريات المستهدفة التي شارك فيها ناشطون حقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال الحارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع , الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع وكذا لإيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية .

وخلال تلك المنتديات تم مناقشة ثلاثة محاور رئيسية اسباب واضرار تلك الظواهر اضافة الى المقترحات والحلول لمنع حمل السلاح و اطلاق النار وما تسببه من ازهاق في الارواح والاعاقات والتشوهات اضافة الى الخسائر المادية وتفكك النسيج الاجتماعي للمجتمع نتيجة لأثارها .

و اوضح المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المهندسة / عبير بن غودل , بانه سيتم تنفيذ في كل مديرية ٢٢ منتدى بعناوين ومناقشات مختلفة خلال الفترة القادمة , مشيرة بأنه بعد الانتهاء من تلك المنتديات المحلية الحوارية سيتم عقد حوارات مع السلطة المحلية لمناقشة مقترحات و تصورات المجتمع المحلي في تلك المنتديات لتحسين السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي .

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development implements the local forum to discuss the phenomenon of gunshots at weddings and events in three districts of the Hadramout Valley.

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development implemented yesterday the local forum to discuss the phenomenon of gunshots at weddings and events in the three districts of Sieyun, Al-Qatten and Tarim, as part of the activities of the project to strengthen security at the local level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Foundation in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation.

Local forums in these targeted districts, in which human rights activists, social figures, neighborhood leaders and young and girls are active, aim to promote dialog between the community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, as well as to a clear understanding by security officials of the needs of the community that will enhance community safety.

During these forums, three main topics were discussed: the causes and the harm of shooting in marriages and occasions, in addition to proposals and solutions to prevent shooting, the loss of life, disabilities and deformation that cause, in addition to the material losses and the disintegration of the social fabric of society as a result of its effects.

Eng. Abeer Bin Godel, Executive Director of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, explained that 22 forums with different titles and discussions will be implemented in each district over the next few months as part of the project’s activities to strengthen security at the local level in Yemen. She noted that after these local forums, dialogs will be held with the local authority to discuss community proposals and perspectives in those forums to improve community safety and strengthen local security.
