نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية عصر ومساء يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17 أغسطس 2021م المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة قضية توقيف النساء وطريقة التعامل معهن في مراكز الأمن بمديرية تريم ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لبرنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! اليمن، ويهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي
و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وفي بداية النقاش بالمنتدى عرف ميسري المنتدى الحواري بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية صادق باحويرث وسلمى بامزروع ، بالتعريف ببرنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية التي يشارك فيها ناشطون وحقوقيون وبعض ذوي الاعاقة وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع .
ثم ناقش المشاركون في المنتدى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية التعريف بالقضية، والاضرار الناجمة عنها، والمقترحات والحلول والنتائج، أضافة الى عرض قصص من الواقع، والتوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة للمساهمة في معالجة القضية.
The Martyr Bin Habreesh foundation for development has implemented a local forum to discuss the issue of frequent street beggars and suspicious movements in Tarim District.

Bin Habreesh foundation has implemented on 17 August, 2021 a local forum to discuss the issue of frequent beggars on the streets and their suspicious movements in Tarim District within the activities of the second quarter of the programme to enhance local security in Yemen, which implemented by foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen.
It aims to promote dialogue between the local community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and understanding among security officials of the needs of the community that would lead to promoting community safety and at the beginning of discussion in the forum, the facilitators of the dialogue forum in the district of Bin Habreesh Foundation Mr. Sadiq Bahurith and Ms. Salma Bamazrou’, introduced the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen and the dialogue forums in which activists and human rights activists, some people with disabilities, social figures, neighborhood leaders, young men and girls participate in society.
Then the participants in the forum discussed three main axes: the reasons for the large number of beggars, the damages that led to this, the suggestions, solutions and results, in addition to the final recommendations by the facilitators and a number of activists with the local authorities, the competent security services and the stakeholders to contribute to addressing the issue.
