The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation, has concluded in Seiyun a program to build the capacity of security forces at the local level in the districts of Seiyun, Tarim, and Al-Qattn, on March 10, 2022, as part of the program to enhance security at the local in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! The program aims to improve the legal capabilities and knowledge of security forces. Over a period of 9 days, 75 participants in the program received knowledge, skills, and experience in three main axes, the first axis: (the rights of detainees in Yemeni and international law); strengthening the relationship between local security forces and society; and strengthening capabilities.
