BHF implements a youth and women training program in mediation and conflict resolution related to water and integrated water management in Hadhramout Governorate.

As part of the ‘Water for Peace’ project, BHF implemented a training program for youth and women in Tarim District, Hadhramout Governorate, in the areas of (Thabi, Dammun, and Mashatah Rughah), funded by KOICA in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The training activity targeted 26 young men and women for eight days, where they were trained on conflict resolution, mediation, integrated management, water resource management, and gender concepts.

The activity aims to enhance the roles of youth and women in conflict resolution by building the knowledge and practical skills of participants in water resource management and conflict resolution.
