عقد الاجتماع الاول لفريق مشروع استجابة كوفيد – 19 بالمؤسسة الممول من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة ( I O M )
عقد بالمؤسسة بمدينة سيئون اجتماعا بفريق عمل مشروع استجابة ( كوفيد – 19 ) الذي سيم تنفيذه في خمس مديريات بمديريات وادي حضرموت ( تريم , ساه , سيئون , شبام , القطن ) الذي ستنفذه المؤسسة بتمويل من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة I O M , تم فيه مناقشة الخطة التنفيذية العامة والاسبوعية لأنشطة المشروع الذي يهدف الى زيادة الوعي المجتمعي حول طرق الوقاية والحماية من فايروس كورونا المستجد ويستهدف كافة شرائح المجتمع وذوي الاعاقة بالمديريات المستهدف اضافة الى النازحين واللاجئين بتلك المديريات من خلال العديد من الانشطة التوعوية التي تتمثل في دورات تدريبية توعوية ومهنية انتاجية لوسائل الوقاية لصناعة الكمامات وادوات التعقيم واصدار البروشرات والملصقات الارشادية التوعوية والفلاشات التوعوية عبر مكبرات الصوت في الشوارع والساحات العامة داخل المدن والقرى بتلك المديريات وتوزيع 5 الف كمامة ومعقمات من المنتوج المحلي على التجمعات السكانية الاكثر خطورة .
وفي الاجتماع الذي ترأسه المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة الاستاذة / عبير بن غودل اكدت فيه على اهمية بذل الجهود لا نجاح المشروع من قبل منسقي المديريات المستهدفة لما يحقق اهدافه المرجوة في زيادة الوعي المجتمعي في تقليل الاصابات من هذا الوباء من خلال العمل الجماعي والتنسيق المتواصل مع الجهات ذات العلاقة في المديريات ورصد الانشطة والفعاليات من خلال التقارير الاسبوعية حول مستوى التنفيذ.
وعبرت الاستاذة بن غودل عن شكرها وتقديرها للمنظمة الدولية للهجرة لتمويلها ومنح المؤسسة هذه الثقة في تنفيذ هذا المشروع الذي ينبغي ان تكون المؤسسة عند حسن ضن المانحين بشفافية العمل والاثر الايجابي له بين اوساط المجتمع موصول الشكر لكافة الجهات الحكومية والمجتمعية على تعاونها في سبيل انجاح المشروع .//
The first meeting of the Community Response Project (Covid-19) Team was held at the Martyr Ben Hubris Development Foundation funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM)

The foundation held a meeting of the Community response project team (Covid-19) in Seiyun City on 25 June 2020, to be implemented in five directorates of Wadi Hadhramaut (Trim, Sah, Seiyun, Shibam, Al-Gatton) which will be implemented by the Foundation with funding from the International Organization for Migration ( IOM), The meeting discussed the general and weekly operational plan for the project’s activities, which aims to raise community awareness about prevention and protection against (covid-19) and target all segments of society and people with disabilities in the targeted directorates as well as refugees and displaced persons in those directorates. Through numerous awareness-raising activities consisting of awareness-raising courses and professional production and prevention for the making of masks and sterilization tools and the printing of brochures and awareness posters and flashes of awareness through street loudspeakers and public squares in those directorates and the distribution of 5000 masks and sterilizers from the local product to the most dangerous populations.
At the meeting chaired by the Executive Director of the Foundation, Ms. Abeer Ben Godel, she stressed the importance of efforts to make the project a success of the coordinators of the targeted directorates in order to achieve its objectives of increasing community awareness in the reduction of epidemic infections through teamwork and ongoing coordination with the relevant authorities in the directorates and monitoring activities and events through weekly reports on the level of implementation.
Ms. Ben Godel expressed her gratitude and respect to the International Organization for Migration ( IOM) for its funding and to give the Foundation confidence in the implementation of this project, which should be carried out when the Foundation is a good donor with the transparency of the work and its positive impact among the community circles.
