ظمتها المؤسسة بالتعاون مع منظمة فريدريش ايبرت الالمانية الوكيل التميمي يفتتح ورشة تدريبية لسلطات الضبط القضائي بسيئون حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي

بدأت بمدينة سيئون يوم أمس ورشة تدريبية حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي استهدفت مجموعة من العاملين من الذكور والاناث لسلطات الضبط القضائي بمديرية سيئون نظمتها مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالتعاون مع منظمة فريدريش ايبرت الالمانية – فرع اليمن , وتهدف الى رفع كفاءات رجال الامن والشرطة العاملين في الضبط القضائي من الذكور والاناث للتعرف بمفهوم العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وكيفية التعامل مع الناجين من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي من النساء والفتيات والاطفال .
وسيتلقى المشاركين في الورشة التدريبية على مدى ثلاثة ايام على معارف ومفاهيم وخبرات في مجال (اسباب العنف وانواعه وتوثيقه اضافة الى الاستجابة للعنف ومراحله وتنفيذه والتخطيط له ) , نظريا وعمليا لتلك المحاور من قبل مدربات الورشة / وميض شاكر و ندى الشريف من منظمة فريدريش ايبرت الالمانية – فرع اليمن .
وفي افتتاحية الورشة أكد وكيل محافظة حضرموت المساعد / عبدالهادي عبدللاه التميمي اهمية انعقادها كونها تختص بشريحة العاملين بالضبط القضائي في اجهزة الامن والشرطة لتكسبهم مفاهيم وخبرات للتخفيف من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
واكد الوكيل التميمي بان الشريعة الاسلامية اعطت كل افراد المجتمع ومنها الاسرة حقوقها وواجباتها وتنظيم العلاقة بينها , ولكن تباعد المجتمع عن تلك التعاليم بما جاء في كتاب الله وسنة رسولنا الاعظم محمد صل الله عليه وسلم تكاثر العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي .
وناشد الوكيل التميمي استمرارية مثل هذه الدورات التي تنمي قدرات ومهارات افراد الضبط القضائي لتحقيق مبداء العدالة والمساواة بين افراد المجتمع , شاكرا مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية شراكتها مع المؤسسة الالمانية التي من خلالها نظمت هذه الدورة المميزة .
فيما عبر المستشار القانوني للأمن والشرطة بالوادي والصحراء المحامي / سامي العزاني عن شكره لمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية والمؤسسة الالمانية لإقامة هذه الورشة التدريبية التي ستسهم في رفع كفاءات ومهارات وقدرات رجال الضبط القضائي في التعامل مع العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
وبدورها نقلت المهندسة / عبير بن غودل المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية تحايا الرئيس المفوّض للمؤسسة فضيلة القاضي / اكرم نصيب العامري , مشيرة بأن هذه الورشة اللبنة الاولى لانطلاقة فعاليات اكثر واكبر في استهداف رجال الامن والشرطة لما للأمن من اهمية في حياة المجتمع وذلك من خلال تنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم في العديد من المجالات , انطلاقا من اهداف المؤسسة التنموية لتنمية مختلف شرائح المجتمع , متمنية من المشاركين في الورشة الاستفادة من محاور الورشة وتنفيذها على الواقع العملي اليومي في اقسام الشرطة سيما والظروف الراهنة وزيادة حالة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي نتيجة للأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي افرزتها تلك الاوضاع .
الى ذلك اوضح القائم بأعمال مؤسسة فريدريش ايبرت الالمانية باليمن / محمود قيّاح , عن شكره وتقديره لمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية وقيادتها على تعاونها وشراكتها في تنظيم هذه الورشة موصلا الشكر للسلطة المحلية بالوادي والصحراء ومديرية سيئون وقيادة الامن بالوادي والصحراء وامن مديرية سيئون في انجاح هذه الدورة , مؤكدا بأن هذه الورشة تأتي تزامنا مع الحملة العالمية حملة 16 يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة , واستعرض / قيّاح , نشاط المؤسسة الذي بدأت اعمالها في اليمن عام 1997 م وتم افتتاح مكتبها في اليمن عام 1999م ومنذ تلك الفترة تعمل على العديد من الانشطة والفعاليات في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية وابرزها التنمية البشرية .
حضر افتتاح الدورة الامين العام للمجلس المحلي بمديرية سيئون المهندس / حسين بامخرمة والمحامي / عمر العامري مدير عام مكتب فرع حقوق الانسان بوادي وصحراء حضرموت وممثل عن مكتب وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية والعمل / منير باسويدان وعدد من قيادات مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية ومنظمة فريدريش ايبرت الالمانية – فرع اليمن.

A training workshop on gender-based violence has held in Sieyun today. The workshop has organized by the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development in cooperation with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung – Yemen branch. The workshop aimed to raise the skills of security and police officers, working in the judiciary to both women and men to understand and deal with Survivors, women, girls and children.
Participants in the three-day training workshop will receive knowledge, concepts, and expertise in the areas of “causes, types, and documentation of violence, as well as responses, phases, implementation and planning of violence” in theory, and practice, from the workshop trainers Wamidh Shaker and Nada al-Sharif from Friedrich Ebert Stiftung – Yemen branch.
In the opening of the workshop, Hadhramaut Deputy Governor: Abdul-Hadi Abdullah al-Tamimi has stressed the importance of holding the workshop, as it deals with the exact category of judicial personnel in the security and police services to gain them the concepts and experience to reduce Gender Based-violence.
Al-Tamimi confirmed that Islamic Sharia gave all members of the community, including the family, their rights and duties, and their relationship. However, society is far away from these teachings, as stated in the Book of God and the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s peace be upon him, and the increase of violence based on social gender.
Al-Tamimi called for the continuation of such workshops, which develop the capabilities and skills of judicial officers to achieve the principles of justice and equality among members of society. He thanked the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development for its partnership with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, through which this special workshop was organized.
Sami Al-Azzani, legal advisor for security and police in the Valley and the Desert, expressed his thanks to the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung for holding this training workshop, which will help to enhance the skills and abilities of judicial officers in dealing with gender-based violence.
In turn, Eng. Abeer Bin Godel, Executive Director of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, conveyed greetings to the President-Plenipotentiary of the Foundation, Judge/ Akram Naseeb Al-Amiri. She noted that this workshop is the first building block for the launch of more and larger activities targeting security and police personnel, due to the importance of security in the life of society.

For Development and its leadership for their cooperation and partnership in organizing this workshop. He also thanked the local authority in the Wadi and Desert, Seiyoun Directorate, the security command in the Wadi and Desert, and the security of the Sieyun Directorate for the success of this workshop. The opening of the workshop has attended by the General Secretary of the Local Council in the Directorate of Seiyun Eng. Hussein Bahmarmeh, and Lawyer, Omar Al-Amiri, Director General of the Office of the Human Rights Branch at Valley and Desert of Hadramout, a representative of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Munir Baswedan, and several leaders of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung.
