نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية عصر ومساء يوم الاحد الموافق 8 أغسطس 2021م المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة قضية كثرة المتسولين على الطرقات وتحركاتهم المشبوهة بمديرية القطن ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لبرنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! اليمن، ويهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي
و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وفي بداية النقاش بالمنتدى عرف ميسري المنتدى الحواري بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية الأستاذ / عبد الله بن شهاب، وإيمان باشعيوث بالتعريف بمشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية التي يشارك فيها ناشطون وحقوقيون ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع . .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية اسباب كثرة المتسولين، والاضرار التي أدت الى ذلك، والمقترحات والحلول والنتائج، أضافة الى التوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي.

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development has implemented a local forum on Sunday, August 8, 2021, to discuss the issue of the large number of beggars on the streets and their suspicious movements in Al-Qattan District as a part of the activities of the second quarter of the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen foundation.
It aims to promote dialogue between the community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and society, and to create a clear understanding among security officials of the needs of society, which will promote community safety.
At the beginning of the discussion at the Forum, facilitators held dialogues with the Directorate of Bin Habreesh foundation Mr. Abdullah Bin Shihab and Ms. Iman Bashyoth, introducing the project to enhance local security in Yemen and dialogue forums involving activists, human rights, people with disabilities, social figures, and young people and girls in society.
Participants at the Forum discussed three main axes of the large number of beggars, the damage that led to this, suggestions, solutions, and results, in addition to the final recommendations to be discussed by the facilitators and a number of activists with local authorities, competent security agencies, and the relationship to enhance community safety and strengthen local security.
