ضمن انشطة برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! ، عقد يوم الخميس 2 سبتمبر ميسري البرنامج بمديرية القطن بالمؤسسة لقاء بمدير عام مديرية القطن رئيس المجلس المحلي الاستاذ / عبد اللطيف النقيب والامين العام للمجلس المحلي محمد عوض بلعجم ورئيس لجنة التخطيط والتنمية بالمجلس المحلي صالح سالم بن خميس ورئيس لجنة الخدمات بالمجلس المحلي ضمن الحوارات المجتمعية للمشروع لاستعراض مجمل الملاحظات والمقترحات المتعلقة بمخرجات المنتديات المحلية المتعلقة بظواهر
(السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية) بمديرية القطن،
وفي اللقاء الذي احتضنه مكتب المدير العام، اشاد المدير العام للمديرية الاستاذ / عبد اللطيف النقيب بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية وتنفيذها لهذا البرنامج واسهام دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تعزيز الامن المحلي بالمديرية.
واشار المدير العام النقيب بأن الوضع الراهن افرز العديد من الظواهر السلبية والدخيلة على المجتمع، كما اسهمت تعدد الثقافات الاجتماعية بمديرية سيئون في ابراز تلك الظواهر ’ مؤكدا إن مديرية سيئون تشكل حالة أفضل عن غيرها، لافتا بان ذلك لا يبرر للأجهزة الامنية والمجتمعية بالقيام بدورها في الحد من تلك الظواهر.
وكان في بداية اللقاء أعرب ميسري المشروع المجتمعين بمديرية القطن بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية الاستاذ / عبدالله بن شهاب والاخت / وإيمان باشعيوث عن شكرهم لقيادة السلطة المحلية والامنية بعقد هذا اللقاء والاستماع الى جملة من الملاحظات والمقترحات التي طرحت من خلال المنتديات الحوارية التي عقدت خلال الفترة الماضية بمشاركة كوكبة من الناشطين والشباب والاعلامين لمناقشة ظاهرة السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية.
وبعد نقاشات مستفيضة والتأكيد على خطورة تلك الظواهر وعدد من الظواهر الاخرى وأبرزها السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية تم الخروج بعدد من النتائج للحد والوقوف بحزم امامها وأبرزها التأكيد على التوعية المجتمعية واسهام الاسرة والمجتمع في تعزيز دور المجتمع في الابلاغ والشهادة وتكثيف جانب التنمية البشرية لأفراد الامن العام والنظر في العديد من فقرات قانون العقوبات.

within the activities of the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen Foundation. On Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021, facilitators of the program held a meeting with the director general of the Qattan Directorate, the Chairman of the local council, Mr. Abdul Latif Al-Naqib; the Secretary-General of the local council, Mr. Mohamed Awad Balajam; the Chairman of the Planning and Development Committee of the local council, Saleh Salem Bin Khamis; and the Chairman of the services committee of the local council within the community dialog of the project to review all the observations and suggestions related to the outputs of local forums related to the phenomena of (Theft and Cyber Crimes) in Al-Qattan Directorate.
During the meeting, which was hosted by the Office of the Director-General, the Director-General of the Directorate, Mr. Abdul-Latif Al-Naqib, praised the Bin Habreesh Foundation and its implementation of this program, as well as the role of civil society organizations in strengthening local security in the Directorate. The Director General of Al-Naqib noted that the current situation has created many negative and alien phenomena in society. The diversity of social cultures in the Directorate of Seiyun has contributed to highlighting these phenomena. He confirmed that the Directorate of Seiyun is a better case than others, noting that this does not justify the security and community agencies playing their role in curbing these phenomena.
The project co-facilitators, who met at Al-Qattan Directorate of the Bin Habreesh Foundation, Mr. Abdullah Bin Shihab and Ms. Iman Bashiouth, expressed their thanks to the leadership of the local and security authorities for holding this meeting and listening to a number of remarks and suggestions that were put forward through the dialog forums that were held recently, with the participation of a group of activists, youth, and journalists, to discuss the phenomenon of theft and cybercrime. After extensive discussions and confirmation of the seriousness of these phenomena and a number of other phenomena, the most prominent of which are theft and cybercrime, a number of results were produced to limit and firmly stand before them. The most prominent of these outcomes was the emphasis on community awareness and the contribution of the family and society to strengthening the role of society in reporting and testifying, intensifying the human development aspect of public security
