نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية مساء يوم السبت الموافق 11 سبتمبر 2021م المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة قضية القيادة المتهورة للمركبات الامنية بمديرية سيئون ضمن أنشطة الربع الثاني لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين ! اليمن .
وتعرف المشاركين بالمنتدى من الناشطين والحقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع من قبل ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية من المؤسسة , ببرنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية الذي يهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية أسباب السرعة المتهورة للمركبات الامنية بمديرية سيئون ، واضرارها على المجتمع والتنمية ، والمقترحات والحلول والنتائج ، أضافة الى التوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة بالمديرية لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي .
The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development has implemented a local forum to discuss the reckless driving of security cars, its dangers and solutions in Seiyun Directorate.

On Saturday, September 11th, 2021, the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development “BHF” held a local forum to discuss the reckless driving of security cars in Seiyun Directorate during the second quarter of activities of the program for enhancing security at the local level in Yemen, which was implemented by the Foundation in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation.
The participants include activists, jurists, social figures, people with disabilities, and young and girls active in society.
The program aims to promote dialogue between the community and local government officials, contribute to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, and create a clear understanding among security officials of the community’s needs, thereby improving community safety.
Forum participants discussed three main exes: the causes of the reckless cars of security cars in Seiyun Directorate, their damage to society and development, suggestions, solutions and outcomes, as well as the final recommendations to be discussed by facilitators and a number of activists with local authorities and the Directorate’s relevant security agencies to enhance community safety and enhance local security.
