ناقش المنتدى المحلي التي تنفذه مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية اليوم السبت الموافق 18 سبتمبر, قضية ترقيم المركبات (أسبابها , ومخاطرها , والحلول , والمقترحات , والمعالجات ) بمديرية سيئون بمشاركة [ ناشطون وحقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع ] , ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين اليمن ,
وفي بداية النقاش بالمنتدى عرف ميسر المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المحامي / صبري عمر مسعود , بالتعريف بمشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية الذي يهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى ثلاثة محاور رئيسية اسباب هدم ترقيم المركبات بأنواعها , اضرارها ومخاطرها على المجتمع والتنمية , والمقترحات والحلول والنتائج , أضافة الى التوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي .

Seiyun – Foundation’s media
The issue of car registration (causes, risks, solutions, and suggestions), held in Seiyun directorate with the participation of [activists, human rights activists, social figures, neighborhood, youth, and active girls in the community], was discussed on Saturday, September 18, 2021. The forum was implemented by the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development BHF in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation.
The facilitator, lawyer/Sabri Omar Masoud, known as the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, introduced the program of strengthening security at the local level in Yemen, The forum aims to improve the relationship between the security sector and the community, and to create a clear understanding among security officials of the needs of the community. It also aims to strengthen dialog between the local community and local government officials.
A forum has been held to discuss the destruction of car registrations and its impact on society, as well as suggestions, solutions, and results. Final recommendations will be discussed by the facilitators and a number of activists with local authorities, relevant security agencies and stakeholders to enhance community safety and security. The forum was attended by the program coordinator of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development BHF (Yasser Shantoof)
