المؤسسة تختتم الورشة الربعية الثانية لتعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن – حضرموت.
اختمت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين! اليمن الورشة الربعية الثانية للمجتمع المحلي وصناع القرار على مستوى المديريات والمحافظة ضمن انشطة برنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن – حضرموت والذي اُقيم في قاعة مركز تنمية المرأة والطفل بسيئون.
وناقشت الورشة على مدى ثلاثة ايام بحضور ممثلي عن السلطة القضائية وقيادة السلطة المحلية بالوادي والصحراء ومدراء عموم المديريات المستهدفة ومدراء عموم المكاتب التنفيذية المعنية والاجهزة الامنية والعسكرية وميسري البرنامج
رحب المدير التتفيذي لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المهندسة / عبير صالح بن غودل بالحضور الموجودين والاهتمام الكامل لما يتم عرضه من قبلهم والتعاون ورفع التقارير التي ستساهم في معالجة هذه القضايا ، وتحدث ميسر الورشة بالاستفادة من الوقت قبل البدء والتعاون من جميع الحاضرين لإيجاد حلول وتوحيد الكلمة كما حُدِّد ميسري المنتديات لطرح المشاكل التي تم مناقشتها في المنتديات السابقة في الثلاث المديريات المستهدفة ( تريم – القطن – سيئون ) التي يعاني منها المجتمع المحلي والتي بدأت بطرح مشكلة توقيف النساء وتطوير الكوادر الأمنية ومراكز الأمن وانتشار المتسولين والتحركات المشبوهة وانتشار السرقة ومكافحة المخدرات وتطوير المراكز الإدارية والجنائية ونشر الوعي والجرائم الإلكترونية والإبتزاز ورفع التوصيات وعدم التساهل في القانون من قبل الجهات المعنيه او المواطنين.
تفاعلت القيادات الأمنية ومدراء العموم مع المشاكل التي تم طرحها وايجاد حلول لها من قبل المواطنين ومناقشة هذه المشاكل من عدة زاويا لتسهيل العمل عليها وتنفيذها كما القى الوكيل المساعد لشؤون مديريات الوادي والصحراء المهندس / هشام السعيدي بشكره لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية والداعمين والجهود المبذوله من قبل المواطنين وابدأ استعداد السلطة المحليه التام في تسهيل حل وإنجاز الكثير من القضايا المطروحه كما أكد على وجود السلطة المحليه بقيادة الوكيل / عصام حبريش الكثيري في دعم جميع الجهود التي تلامس هموم ومشاكل المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الأمن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الأمن ومدراء العموم وأصحاب القرار باحتياجات المجتمع المحلي و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية .
حضر الورشة الوكيل المساعد لشؤون مديريات الوادي والصحراء المهندس / هشام السعيدي والرئيس المفوض لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية فضيلة القاضي اكرم العامري وعدد من مدراء عموم المكاتب التنفيذية والقيادات الأمنية والمختصين.
The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development (BHF) has concluded, in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation, the second quarterly workshop for the community and decision makers at the level of directorates and as part of the activities of the program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen-Hadhramout, which was held in the hall of the Center for Women and Children Developm
ent in Seiyun.
The workshop was discussed over a period of three days, which was attended by representatives of the judiciary, the leadership of the local authorities in the valley and the desert, the directors of all targeted directorates, the directors of all the executive offices involved, the security and military services, and the program’s administrators.
The CEO of the Martyr Ben Habreesh Foundation for Development, Eng. Abeer Saleh Bin Godel, welcomed the existing attendees and gave full attention to what they presented. The workshop began with the problems discussed in previous forums in the three target directorates (Trim, Al-Gattan, and Seiyun) suffered by the local community. Topics covered included developing security cadres and security centers, combating drugs, developing administrative and criminal centers, spreading awareness, cybercrime, blackmail and making recommendations.
Security leaders and directors of the general public interacted with the problems that were raised and found solutions by the citizens. The assistant undersecretary for the directorates of the valley and desert, Eng./Hisham Al-Saidi, thanked the Foundation of Martyr Bin Habreesh foundation for development and the supporters and efforts made by citizens, and began by expressing the readiness of the local authorities to facilitate the solution and completion of many of the issues raised as early as possible. He stressed the presence of the local authority led by agent/Essam Bin Habreesh, in support of all efforts that touch on the concerns and problems of the community and promote dialogue between them and local government officials. He called for an improvement in the relationship between the security sector and the community, and for finding a clear understanding among security officials, general managers, and decision makers of the needs of the communities.
The workshop was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Valley and Desert Directorates Affairs Eng. Hisham Al-Saidi, President of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development Judge Akram Al Ameri, and a number of directors of all executive offices, security leaders, and specialists.
