المؤسسة تنفذ المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة معالجة تكدس القضايا في المحاكم .. The foundation implements a local forum to discuss addressing the accumulation of cases in courts.

فذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة تكدس القضايا في المحاكم بمديرية القطن ضمن أنشطة الربع الثالث لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين ! اليمن .
وناقش المشاركون بالمنتدى من الناشطين والحقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع من قبل ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية من المؤسسة , محاور رئيسية بالمقدمة تحدث المنتدى عن تكدس القضايا في المحاكم واسباب تأخرها وطرق تسهيل اجرائات القضايا والمعوقات التي تواجه المحاكم والمعنيين كما تم مناقشة الاضرار الناتجه عن تكدس القضايا في المحاكم وعدم الحكم فيها والوصول الى حلول سلبيه من قبل المواطنين وبعد مناقشة قصص من الواقع تحاكي هذه الاضرار تم الخروج بتوصيات وحلول ستساعد في معالجة تكدس القضايا في المحاكم .

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development has implemented the local forum to discuss the accumulation of cases in courts in Al-Gattan Directorate within the third quarter of the project for enhancing security at the local level in Yemen, which is implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen Foundation.

Forum participants, including activists, human rights activists, social figures, people with disabilities, and active young girls in society, were discussed by the foundation’s moderators.

The forum talked about the accumulation of cases in courts, the reasons for their delay, and the ways to facilitate the procedures of cases and the obstacles facing courts and concerned persons. The damage resulting from the piling up of cases in courts and not ruling them, reaching negative solutions by citizens, and after discussing stories of reality that simulate these damages, recommendations and solutions were made that will help to address the accumulation of cases in courts.
