المؤسسة تنفذ حملة مناصرة ( تخصيص يوم خاص للمرأة في محاكم القضاء )..The Foundation implements an advocacy campaign (designating a special day for women in the courts ).
في اطار سعي المؤسسة من اجل العمل الجاد في تعزيز سبل السلام في اليمن من خلال المشاريع التي تقوم بها , وفي سبيل توطيد الجهود التشاركية لبناء السلام و لدعم الفضاء المدني للإسهام في توطين الهدف على المستويين المحلي والوطني في اليمن. تنفذ مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية حملة مناصرة (تخصيص يوم خاص للمرأة في محاكم القضاء) ضمن مشروع وطن بالشراكة مع الائتلاف المدني للسلام وبتمويل من منظمة PAX حيث دشن فريق الحملة الزيارات الميدانية والتنسيقية ضمن خطة الحملة بقيادة منسق الحملة المهندس/ خليل محمد بن منيف حيث التقاء الفريق الاستاذة القاضية/ فايزة صالح باحمدين (قاضية في محكمة سيئون الابتدائية) صباح يوم الاربعاء الموافق 17 نوفمبر 2021م بمكتبها. وتهدف الزيارة الى التنسيق والتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة والاختصاص من اجل تنفيذ انشطة الحملة في اطار تشاركي فعال. حيث اشارت القاضية الى اهم التحديات التي تواجه المرأة المواطنة في الجانب القضائي كما قامت بإعطاء صورة كاملة عن الوضع الحالي التي تعيشه المرأة في مديرية سيئون بشكل خاص وتقديم الرؤية الاجرائية التي تحفز المرأة على المطالبة بحقوقها التي كفلها لها القانون ولحماية نفسها من التعسف والاضطهاد التي قد تتعرض له نتيجة لجهلها بأبسط حقوقها القانونية المشروعة.

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development is implementing an advocacy campaign (designating a special day for women in the courts) within the Watan project in partnership with the Civil Coalition for Peace and funded by PAX, where the campaign team launched field and coordination visits within the campaign plan led by the campaign coordinator, Eng. Khalil Muhammad bin Munif, Lieutenant-General Judge/Fayza Saleh Bahamdeen (a judge in the Seiyun Court of First Instance) on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in her office.
The visit aims to coordinate and cooperate with the relevant and competent authorities in order to implement the campaign’s activities in an effective participatory framework. The judge highlighted the most significant judicial challenges confronting the citizen woman, as she provided a comprehensive review of the current situation faced by women in Seiyun district in particular, and presented the procedural vision that motivates women to demand their legal rights and to protect themselves from abuse and persecution that may be exposed. It is the result of her ignorance of her most basic legitimate legal rights.
