مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية تنظم ورشة عمل حول رفع مستوى خصوصية المرأة في القضاء والمحاكم تعقد بسيئون.. The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development organizes a workshop on raising the level of women’s privacy in the judiciary and courts.

نظمت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالشراكة مع الائتلاف المدني للسلام مساء يوم امس الخميس 2 ديسمبر 2021م بمدينة سيئون وبتمويل من منظمة PAX , ورشة عمل حول [ رفع مستوى خصوصية المرأة في القضاء والمحاكم ] تزامنا مع حملة 16 يوم لمناهضة العنف القائم على اساس النوع الاجتماعي . واستهدفت منظمات المجتمع المدني الممثلة للنساء والمعنيين واصحاب القرار .
وقدمت في الورشة التي احتضنتها قاعة تنمية الطفل والمرأة بسيئون ثلاث اوراق نقاشية , حيث حملت الورقة الاولى عنوان ( ما هو العنف ضد المرأة ودور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني للتصدي له ) , قدمتها المهندسة / عبير صالح بن غودل المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية , فيما حملت الورقة الثانية عنوان ( السياسة الجنائية لمواجهة جرائم العنف ضد المرأة ) , قدمتها القاضية / فائزة صالح من محكمة سيئون الابتدائية , وحملت الورقة الاخيرة عنوان ( الجهات القضائية واهتمامها بخصوصية قضايا المرأة الواقع والمأمول ) , قدمها القاضي / عصام محمد بن عبيدالله رئيس محكمة سيئون الابتدائية .
وفي افتتاحية الورشة اكد وكيل محافظة حضرموت المساعد لشئون مديريات الوادي والصحراء المهندس / هشام محمد السعيدي , عن اهمية هذه الورشة التي تناقش خصوصية تحتاج اليها المرأة وتسهم في رفع قدراتها وخصوصيتها في القضاء والمحاكم , سيما إن المرأة بوادي حضرموت وبحكم العادات والتقاليد تحجب عليها وتهضم الكثير من حقوقها في القضاء والمحاكم , مؤكدا بان المرأة تحتاج مناصرة من قبل الجميع سيماء في سرعة البت في قضاياها , معبرا عن شكره وتقديره لإسهام منظمات المجتمع المدني في تبني قضايا التوعية المجتمعية للمرأة والاسهام في الرقي في تنمية معارفها ومداركها في حقوقها وخصوصيتها كمرأة , مشيرا بأن حضور هذه الكوكبة من القضاة والمحامين والناشطين الحقوقيين والاعلاميين والقيادات النسوية دليلا على الاهتمام بالمرأة والمناصرة لخصوصيتها .
فيما استهلت الافتتاحية المهندسة / عبير بن غودل المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش بكلمة ترحيبية بالجميع شاكرة لهم حضورهم وتفاعلهم في التوقيت المسائي , مؤكدة بان مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية وبالشراكة مع الائتلاف المدني للسلام حرصت كل الحرص للإسهام في رفع مستوى خصوصية المرأة في القضاء والمحاكم في تنظيم هذه الورشة للخروج بعدد من التوصيات والمناشدات للجهات المختصة واصحاب القرار بهذا الشأن .
وتخللت الورشة التي ادارها ميسر الورشة الاستاذ / خليل محمد بن منيف , العديد من المداخلات والملاحظات والمقترحات التي اغنت الاوراق المقدمة لتعزيز و رفع مستوى خصوصية المرأة في القضاء والمحاكم , وخرجت بالعديد من المناشدات والتوصيات ابرزها :
إنشاء لجان مجتمعية في كل حي سكني من اجل النظر في قضايا النساء , تخصيص اماكن خاصة مهيئة للنساء داخل المحاكم , ايجاد صندوق بصورة عاجلة بدفع النفقات , تدخل السلطة المحلية من اجل اعادة تأهيل مباني المحاكم والقضاء بمديرية سيئون , تنفيذ حملات تحفز النساء وترغبهن في الانخراط في سلك القضاء والامن , تشكيل إدارة إيواء واصلاح لإعادة تأهيل النساء المسجونات وإعادة إدماجهن داخل المجتمع , تكوين لجنة اصلاح البين والتوجيه بأشراف قاضي الصلح , اضافة الى عدد من التوصيات الخاصة بالجانب التوعوي واسهام دور الاعلام والاذاعة والقنوات المحلية .

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, in partnership with the Civil Alliance for Peace, organized on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in Seiyun and funded by PAX, a workshop on [raising the level of women’s privacy in the judiciary and courts], coinciding with the 16-day campaign to combat gender-based violence. Civil society organizations representing women, stakeholders, and decision-makers were targeted.
The workshop, which was hosted by the Child and Women’s Development Hall in Seiyun, had three discussion papers, the first of which was headed “What is violence against women and the role of civil society organizations in addressing it?” and was delivered by Eng. Abeer Bin Godel, The second paper was titled “Criminal Policy for Confronting Crimes of Violence Against Women,” and it was presented by Judge Faiza Saleh of the Seiyun Court of First Instance. The final paper was titled “Judicial Authorities and Their Concern for the Privacy of Women’s Issues: Reality and Hope,” and it was presented by Judge Essam Muhammad bin Obaidullah, President of the Seiyun Court of First Instance.
During the workshop’s opening ceremony, Eng. Hisham Muhammad Al-Saidi, Assistant Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate for the Affairs of the Directorates of the Valley and the Desert, emphasized the importance of this workshop, which discusses the privacy that women require and contributes to raising their capabilities and privacy in the judiciary and courts, especially since women in Hadhramout Valley, due to customs and traditions, are blocked from many of them. He expressed his thanks and appreciation for the contribution of civil society organizations in adopting issues of community awareness of women and contributing to the advancement of their knowledge and awareness of their rights and privacy as a woman. He stressed that women require advocacy from everyone, especially in the speedy resolution of their cases. Eng. Abeer Bin Godel, Executive Director of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation, began the editorial by welcoming everyone and thanking them for their presence, emphasizing that the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, in partnership with the Civil Alliance for Peace, was eager to contribute to raising the level of privacy for women in the judiciary and courts by organizing this workshop to get out. In this respect, there are a variety of recommendations and appeals to the appropriate authorities and decision-makers.
The workshop, which was moderated by the facilitator of the workshop, Mr. Khalil Omar bin Munif, included many interventions, observations, and suggestions that enriched the papers presented to enhance and raise the level of women’s privacy in the judiciary and courts, and came up with many appeals and recommendations, most notably:
forming community groups in each residential neighborhood to investigate women’s concerns; reserving specific sections of the courts for women;creating an emergency fund to cover expenses;The local government’s intervention in the renovation of Seiyun district’s court and judicial facilities; undertaking programs to encourage women’s participation in the court and security forces; The establishment of a shelter and rehabilitation department to rehabilitate and reintegrate imprisoned women into society; In addition to a number of proposals regarding the aspect of awareness and the role of the media, radio, and local channels,
