نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية صياح يوم السبت الموافق 11 سبتمبر 2021م المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة قضية ترقيم المركبات بمديرية تريم ضمن أنشطة الربع الثاني لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين ! اليمن .
وتعرف المشاركين بالمنتدى من الناشطين والحقوقيين وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع من قبل ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية من المؤسسة , ببرنامج تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية الذي يهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بترقيم المركبات وكذا مناقشة اضرار عدم ترقيم المركبات على المجتمع والأمن وكذا مناقشة الحلول والمقترحات الكفيلة بمعالجة هذه القضيه من وجهة نظر المجتمع ليتم مناقشتها مع السلطات المحلية والأمنيه بالمديريه لتعمل على حلها من أجل تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية للمجتمع.

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development (BHF) , held a local forum to discuss the issue of car registration in Tarim Directorate on September 9, 2021, within the activities of the second quarter of the project of the program to strengthen security at the local level in Yemen, which is implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen Foundation.
Participants in the forum, including activists, human rights activists, social figures, neighborhood leaders, people with disabilities, and youth and girls active in the community, are introduced by the facilitators of the dialogs in the directorate of the Foundation to the program of strengthening security at the local level in Yemen and the dialog forums, which aims to enhance dialog between the community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, and to create a clear understanding among security officials of the needs of the community, which would lead to the enhancement of community safety.
Participants in the forum discussed the legal texts related to car registration, as well as the damage caused by non-registered cars to society and security. They also discussed solutions and proposals to address this issue from the community’s point of view, so that they could be discussed with the local and security authorities in the directorate.
