Conclusion of the training workshop on community accountability and solid waste management in Sayun

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, the training workshop on community accountability and solid waste management was concluded in the city of Sayun, for the Community Development Committee in Sayun District, as part of an integration project in partnership with the Raneen Foundation! Yemen and Save World, funded by the European Union, implemented by the Community Accountability Network in partnership with the Shahid Bin Habrish Development Foundation.

Over the course of 3 days, workshop participants from the community committee in the city of Sayun received theoretical and practical knowledge, information, concepts and experiences about community accountability and solid waste management from the workshop trainer, Mr. Abdel Salam Ali Jabr.

The Takamul project aims to contribute to social development and enhance community participation through the concept of accountability tools, including community committees, to improve the efficiency of public services in the long term in Yemen by strengthening partnership with entities working within civil society, especially networks, to increase their role as actors of good governance and development. #Empowerment_for_the_future #BHF
