نظمت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية اليوم بالشراكة مع مجموعة ARK الامريكية حفل ختامي وتكريمي لمشروع تأهيل وبناء قدرات المراكز الصحية والكوادر الطبية والفئات المجتمعية لمواجهة كوفيد – 19 المستجد في مديريات ساحل حضرموت .
وهدف المشروع الذي استفادت منه مديريات ( المكلا , وبروم وميفع , والشحر , الديس الشرقية, غيل باوزير) , في المساهمة في تعزيز قدرة المجتمعات المحلية الضعيفة على الصمود خلال انتشار الجائحة عبر وسائل مختلفة ابرزها الجانب التوعوي وتأهيل وبناء قدرات المراكز الصحية والكوادر الطبية والفئات المجتمعية الذي استمر على مدى اربعة شهور متواصلة .
وفي الحفل الذي احتضنته قاعة ديوان المحافظة بمدينة المكلا الذي حضره اركان حرب المنطقة العسكرية الثانية اللواء الركن / عويضان سالم عويضان ورئيس شعبة الاستخبارات العميد / محمد اليميني وعدد من قيادات السلطات المحلية بالمديريات مدراء إدارات الصحة بالمديريات المستهدفة وممثلي ومندوبي المنظمات الدولية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني بساحل حضرموت وقيادة مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية .
عبر وكيل اول محافظة حضرموت الشيخ / عمرو بن حبريش العليي عن شكره لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية في تدخلها في الوقت المناسب في تنفيذ هذا المشروع في تأهيل وبناء قدرات المراكز الصحية والكوادر الطبية والفئات المجتمعية لمواجهة كوفيد – 19 المستجد في 5 مديريات من مديريات ساحل حضرموت , اضافة الى رفد دائرة التثقيف والاعلام الصحي بمكتب وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان بساحل حضرموت بالتأثيث والاجهزة الخاصة بالتثقيف والاعلام الصحي .
واكد وكيل اول محافظة حضرموت إن مثل هذه البرامج والمشاريع تؤكد على المسئولية التضامنية في تعميق المشاركة المجتمعية ونشر الوعي الصحي وتعكس اهمية توحيد الجهود وتثمين وتقدير السلطة المحلية بالمحافظة كل الجهود والمبادرات والتدخلات الانسانية التي ازرت الجهد الحكومي وعززت من قدرات مكاتب الصحة بالمحافظة أبان ازمة كورونا .
وحيا وكيل اول حضرموت الشراكة النافعة بين المؤسسة ومنظمة ARK في تنفيذ هذا المشروع في خدمة المجتمع سيما في مواجهة هذا الوباء فيروس كورونا المستجد ( كوفيد – 19 ) و المشاركة الفاعلة في توعية مجتمعية صحية مستدامة .
مقدما شكره وتقديره باسم السلطة المحلية بمحافظة حضرموت لكل من نفذ ودعم وساند في انجاح هذا المشروع موصول الشطر لمكتبي وزارة الصحة والشئون الاجتماعية والعمل بساحل حضرموت في تذليل كافة المعوقات لإنجاح المشروع في المديريات المستهدفة .
وبدوره عبر مدير عام مكتب وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان بساحل حضرموت الدكتور / محمد صالح الجمحي , عن شكره وتقديره لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية على تنفيذها هذا المشروع الذي كان له الاثر الايجابي بين اوساط الكوادر الصحية والمجتمعية في المديريات المستهدفة , واكد ان الكادر الصحي في الظروف الراهنة ومع هذه الجائحة كان بحاجة للدورات وورش العمل التي عكست فائدتها على الكادر الصحي في تقديم افضل الخدمات للمجتمع , متمنيا مزيدا من الشراكات مع المنظمات والمؤسسات والجمعيات الدولية والمحلية للرقي بالواقع الصحي وتقديم افضل الخدمات لاهلنا ومجتمعنا في عموم مديريات ساحل حضرموت .
فيما اشارت المدير العام لمكتب وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية والعمل بساحل حضرموت الاستاذة / اوسان باحسين عن الدور الفعال الذي لعبته منظمات المجتمع المدني خلال جائحة كورونا واسهامها الفاعل مع جهود السلطة في مجابهة هذا الوباء , مشيرا الى دور مؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية في تنفيذ هذا المشروع الذي كان انموذج واستهدف 5 مديريات من خلال تأهيل وبناء قدرات المراكز الصحية والكوادر الطبية والفئات المجتمعية لمواجهة كوفيد – 19 المستجد .
إلى ذلك لفت الداعية الشيخ / معروف عبدالله باعباد في كلمته بهذه الاحتفالية بأهمية الوقاية في حياة المجتمع, مؤكدا بأهمية اهتمام الانسان بصحته وعليه التعامل مع الاسباب ابتداء بنفسه بالاستماع الى الارشادات التوعوية الصحية , وتلك الجهود التي تقدم من قبل المنظمات المجتمعية والسلطات المحلية انما هي عوامل مكملة وتداركها الانسان وايمانه بأن لا شافي إلا الله ولكن علينا التحرص والاستطباب والرجوع الى كتاب الله الذي هو خير دواء للأمة .
وكان استهل الحفل المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المهندسة / عبير بن غودل بكلمة ترحيبية بالجميع موضحة بأن كلفة المشروع تقدر بحوالي 50 مليون ريال يمني ممول من منظمة ARK الامريكية استهدف 5 مديريات بساحل حضرموت في جانب تنمية القدرات والمهارات والتوعية منهم 105 من مختلف الفئات والكوادر الكبية و 222 من مختلف فئات المجتمع ومن ذوي الاعاقة وتوفير 14 الف مسحة لفحص كورونا اضافة الى تأثيث دائرة التثقيف والاعلام الصحي بمكتب وزارة الصحة بساحل حضرموت بالتجهيزات المكتبة والاجهزة المختلفة للتثقيف والاعلام الصحي .
واوضحت المهندسة عبير بأن المؤسسة كان لها دورا فاعلا في مجابهة كورونا في ساحل ووادي حضرموت حيث عملت على تنفيذ مشروع الاستجابة المجتمعية لكوفيد – 19 المستجد بمديريات تريم وساه وسيئون وشبام والقطن بتمويل من منظمة الهجرة الدولية واشتمل على التوعوية المجتمعية لجميع شرائح المجتمع عبر المحاضرات والدورات والبروشرات والملصقات وعبر فلاشات صوتية وتلفزيونية اضافة الى انتاج 50 الف كمامة من الصناعات المحلية في تعزيز الانتاج المحلي وتمكين الاسر اقتصاديا في صناعة الكمامات وانتاج 10 آلاف علبة تعقيم عبر طلاب قسم الصيدلة بكلية الطب بجامعة حضرموت الامر الذي كان له الاثر الايجابي للمستهدفين منهم الاسر النازحة وفئات ذوي الاعاقة ,
واكدت المهندسة عبير بن غودل المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية بأن المؤسسة من خلال تلك الانشطة والفعاليات تأتي انطلاقا من الاهداف السامية للمؤسسة في التنمية وخدمة المجتمع , متطلعة الى مزيد من الشراكات مع المنظمات والمؤسسات المانحة في تنفيذ العديد من المشاريع والبرامج على مستوى ساحل ووادي حضرموت .
وتخلل الحفل عرض ربورتاج عن مسيرة المشروع منذ انطلاقته اضافة الى قصيدة شعرية للشاعر عبدالله باوزير كما قدمت فرقة زهرات السلام بالمكلا فقرات إنشادية راقصة نالت جميعها استحسان الحضور .
وفي ختام الحفل كرمت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية كافة المساهمين من إدارات ومؤسسات واشخاص ساهموا في انجاح المشروع .
وعلى نفس الصعيد وبعد اختتام الحفل سلمت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية مكتب وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان بساحل المنحة المقدمة من المشروع وهي عبارة عن 14 الف ماسحات مختبرية لفحص فايروس كورونا واجهزة وتأثيث دائرة التثقيف والاعلام الصحي .

And at the ceremony, which has held in the provincial office hall at Mukalla city , which was attended by the staff of the second military region, Major General / Awaidan Salem Awaidan, the head of the Intelligence Division, Brigadier General / Muhammad Al-Yamani, and a number of leaders of the local authorities in the directorates, directors of health departments in the targeted directorates, representatives and representatives of international organizations and civil society organizations in the coast of Hadhramout, and leaders From the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development .
The First Undersecretary of the Hadhramout Governorate,Al- Sheikh Amr bin Habreesh Al-Ali, has expressed his gratitude to the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development for its timely intervention in implementing this project in the rehabilitation and capacity building of health centers, medical staff and community groups to address Covid-19 in 5 directorates of Hadhramout coast, in addition To provide the Department of Health Education and Information in the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in Hadhramout Coast with furniture and equipment for health education and information.
The First Undersecretary of Hadhramout affirmed that such programs and projects emphasize the solidarity responsibility in deepening community participation and spreading health awareness and reflect the importance of uniting efforts and valuing and appreciating the local authority in the governorate all the efforts, initiatives and humanitarian interventions that enriched the government effort and strengthened the capabilities of health offices in the governorate during the Corona-virus crisis.
Also he has saluted the beneficial partnership between the Foundation and ARK in implementing this project in community service, particularly in facing this epidemic of the emerging Corona-virus (Covid-19) and active participation in sustainable community health awareness.
In advance his thanks and appreciation, on behalf of the local authority in Hadhramout governorate, to everyone who implemented, supported the success of this project, connected to the two offices of the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Labor on the coast of Hadhramout in overcoming all obstacles to the success of the project in the targeted districts.
In turn, the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the coast of Hadhramout, Dr. Muhammad Saleh Al-Jamhi, has expressed his thanks and appreciation to the MartyrBin Habreesh Foundation for Development for implementing this project, which had a positive effect among the health and community cadres in the targeted directorates, and confirmed that the health staff is in the current circumstances With this pandemic, he needed courses and workshops that reflected their benefit to the health cadre in providing the best services to the community, wishing more partnerships with international and local organizations, institutions and associations to improve the health situation and provide the best services to our people and our community throughout the directorates of the coast of Hadramout.
While the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the coast of Hadhramout, Ms.Osan Bahussain, indicated the effective role played by civil society organizations during the Corona pandemic and their effective contribution to the efforts of the authority in addressing this epidemic, referring to the role of the Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development in implementing this project, which was a model It targeted 5 directorates by rehabilitating and building the capacities of health centers, medical staff and community groups to address the newal COVID-19.
To that, the preacher Al- Sheikh Maarouf Abdullah Baabad drew in his speech at this ceremony the importance of prevention in the life of society, stressing the importance of the human being’s concern for his health and he must deal with the causes, starting by himself by listening to health awareness instructions, and those efforts made by community organizations and local authorities are complementary factors And the human being rectified and his belief that there is no healer but God, but we must be careful and indulgent and return to the Book of God, which is the best medicine for the nation.
The ceremony was started by the Executive Director of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, Eng. Abeer Bin Godal, with a welcome word for everyone, explaining that the cost of the project is estimated at about 50 million Yemeni riyals funded by the American ARK Organization. It targeted 5 directorates in the coast of Hadhramout in the aspect of capacity development, skills and awareness among them 105 from different groups and cadres , 222 from different groups of society and people with disabilities, providing 14,000 swabs to examine Corona-virus, in addition to furnishing the Department of Health Education and Information in the Ministry of Health office in Hadhramout with library equipment and various devices for health education and information.
Eng. Abeer explained that the Foundation had an active role in confronting Corona in the coast and valley of Hadhramout, where it worked on the implementation of the newel Covid-19 community response project in Directorate of Tarim, Sah, Seiyun, Shibam and Al-Qatton, funded by the International Organization for Migration and included community awareness for all segments of society through lectures, courses, brochures and posters And through audio and television flashes, in addition to the production of 50 thousand masks from local industries in promoting local production and empowering families economically in the manufacture of masks and the production of 10 thousand sterilization packages through students of the pharmacy department of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Hadhramaout, which had a positive impact for the target, including displaced families and groups of people with disabilities,
Eng. Abeer bin Godl, Executive Director of the Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, confirmed that the Foundation through these activities and events comes from the institution’s lofty goals in development and community service, looking forward to more partnerships with donor organizations and institutions in implementing many projects and programs at the level of the coast and Wadi Hadhramout.
The ceremony included a reportage presentation on the march of the project since its inception, in addition to a poem by the poet Abdullah Bawazir, and the Zahrat Al-Salam group in Al-Mukalla presented chant performances, all of which were well received by the attendees.
At the end of the ceremony, the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development honored all the contributors from administrations, institutions and people who contributed to the success of the project.
On the same level, and after the conclusion of the ceremony, the Martyr Bin Habreesh Development Foundation handed over the Ministry of Public Health and Population office on the coast of the grant provided by the project, which consists of 14,000 laboratory scanners to examine Corona virus, and the equipment and furnishing of the Department of Health Education and Information.
