في يوم انعقادها الثاني الورشة الربعية تناقش القضايا المجتمعية مع صناع القرار

تواصلت لليوم الثاني على التوالي انعقاد الورشة الربعية الأولى للمجتمع المحلي وصناع القرار على مستوى مديريات وادي حضرموت المستهدفة وهي سيئون وتريم والقطن ضمن مشروع تعزيز الامن على المحلي مستوى اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين اليمن .
وناقشت الورشة في يومها الثاني مع صناع القرار بوادي حضرموت والمديريات المستهدفة ثلاثة محاور رئيسية وما جاء من ملاحظات ومقترحات وحلول المنتديات المحلية وكان المحور الأول حول تعاطي المخدرات واثرها على الفرد والمجتمع قدمها ميسري المشروع بمديرية سيئون والمحور الثاني حول غياب دور الدفاع المدني بمديرية القطن قدمها ميسري المشروع بالمديرية فيما كان المحور النقاشي الثالث حول التعدي على الأراضي العامة والخاصة قدمه ميسري المشروع بمديرية تريم .
في افتتاحية اليوم الثاني للورشة أشاد وكيل محافظة حضرموت المساعد لشئون مديريات الوادي والصحراء الأستاذ / عبدالهادي عبداللاه التميمي بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية لإسهامها الفعال في التطرق للقضايا التي تؤرق المجتمع والسلطة وابرزها القضايا الأمنية. مشيرا بأن هناك عوامل كثيرة أسهمت في ضعف دور الامن والقيام بمهامه.
فيما عبر المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة المهندسة / عبير صالح بن غودل مديرية المشروع بالمؤسسة عن سعادتها بحضور صناع القرار بوادي حضرموت والمديريات المستهدفة , مشيرة بأن الورشة هي الاولى من سلسلة ورش ربعية تهدف الى تعزيز الامن وفتح قنوات التعاون المشترك بين السلطة المحلية والجهات الامنية من جهة والمجتمعات المحلية من جهة أخرى وذلك بهدف الخروج بتوصيات ومقترحات وانشطة ومبادرات تصب في مناصرة جهود تعزيز الامن والاستقرار المجتمعي في المديريات المستهدفة.
وتخللت الورشة جملة من النقاشات والاطروحات والمعوقات والصعوبات التي حضرها وساهم في النقاش فيها الرئيس المفوض لمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية فضيلة القاضي / اكرم نصيب العامري ورئيس محكمة سيئون الابتدائية فضيلة القاضي / عصام بن عبيداللاه ووكيل نيابة سيئون الابتدائية القاضي / حلمي سالم بن دهري ومدير عام مديرية تريم القاضي / خالد عوض هويدي ومدير عام مديرية سيئون الأستاذ / محمد عوض العامري ومدير عام مكتب وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية والعمل بالوادي الصحراء الدكتور / عبدالله رمضان باجهام ومدير عام مكتب وزارة الأوقاف والإرشاد الشيخ / محمد فؤاد بلفاس ونائب مدير عام الامن الشرطة بوادي وصحراء حضرموت العقيد / علي الصاعي ومدراء امن مديريات بسيئون وتريم والقطن إضافة الى مدير مكافحة المخدرات بالوادي والصحراء
On the day of its second session, the quarterly workshop discussed community issues with decision-makers.

The first quarterly workshop for the local community and decision-makers continued for the second day at the level of the targeted directorates in Hadramout valley, which are Seiyun, Tarim and Al-Qattan, within the project program to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the foundation in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation.
On its second day, the workshop discussed the decision-makers of Hadhramout valley and the targeted directorates’ three main axes and the observations, recommendations and solutions of the local forums. The first focus was on drug use and its impact on the individual and society, presented by the project facilitators in the Seiyun Directorate and the second on the absence of the role of civil defense in Al-Qattan Directorate, presented by the project facilitators in the directorate, while the third discussion was on the infringement of public and private land, presented by the project facilitators in Tarim Directorate .
Mr. Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Tamimi, Hadhramout Deputy Governor for Valley and Desert Directorate Affairs, opened the second day of the workshop by praising the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development for its effective contribution to addressing issues that concern society and the authorities, most notably security issues.
Abeer SalehBin Godel, Project Manager at the Foundation, expressed her happiness at the presence of decision-makers in Hadhramaout Valley and targeted directorates, noting that the workshop is the first of a series of quarterly workshops aimed at enhancing security and opening channels of cooperation between the local authorities and security agencies on the one hand and local communities on the other, with the aim of coming up with recommendations, proposals, activities and initiatives aimed at supporting efforts to promote security and community stability in the targeted directorates.
The workshop included a number of discussions, thesis, obstacles and difficulties that he attended and contributed to the discussion by the Chief Commissioner of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development Judge / Akram Naseeb Al-Ameri and the president of the Court of Seiyun Primary Judge / Issam Bin Obaidallah and the deputy prosecutor of Seiyun Primary Judge / Helmi Salem Bin Dhari and the director general of the Directorate of Trim Judge / Khaled Awad Houidi and the director general of Seiyun Directorate, Mr. Mohammed Awad Al-Ameri and the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Desert and Valley, Dr. Abdullah Ramadan Bajham and the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance Sheikh / Mohammed Fouad Belvas and Deputy Director General of Police Security in Hadhramout Valley and Desert Colonel / Ali Al-Saa’i and security managers of the directorates of Seiyun, Trim and Al-Qattan, in addition to the director of drug control in the valley and desert.
