نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية عصر ومساء يوم الخميس الموافق 15يوليو 2021م المنتدى المحلى لمناقشة ظاهرة قضية زيادة حالات السرقات بمديرية سيئون ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين اليمن , ويهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية
وفي بداية النقاش بالمنتدى عرف ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية المحامي / صبري عمر مسعود والاستاذة / مريم خالد حمادي , بالتعريف بمشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية التي يشارك فيها ناشطون وحقوقيون ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع .
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى اسباب زيادة السرقات وكيفية علاجها من وجهة نظر المجتمع إضافة الى التوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي .

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development implemented a local forum on Thursday, July 15, 2021, to discuss the phenomenon of the increase in theft cases in Seiyun District, within the activities of the second quarter of the project to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen foundation.
It aims to enhance dialogue between the local community and local government officials in order to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, as well as to creating a clear understanding of the community’s needs among security officials, which would lead to enhancing community safety.
At the beginning of the discussion in the forum, the facilitators of the dialogue forums in the District of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, Lawyer/Sabri Omar Masoud, and Ms. Maryam Khaled Hammadi, introduced the project to enhance security at the local level in Yemen and the dialogue forums in which activists, human rights activists, people with disabilities, social figures, neighborhood leaders, and young men and girls participate in the community.
The participants in the forum discussed the reasons for the increase in thefts and how to treat them from the community’s point of view, in addition to the final recommendations that will be discussed by the facilitators and a number of activists with the local authorities, the relevant security services, and stakeholders to enhance community safety and enhance local security.
