نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية عصر ومساء يوم السبت الموافق 31يوليو 2021م المنتدى المحلى لمناقشة قضية الجرائم الإلكترونية بمديريات سيئون , وتريم , والقطن
ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لمشروع برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين اليمن , ويهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعية
وفي بداية النقاش بالمنتديات عرف ميسري المنتديات الحوارية بالمديريات بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالتعريف بمشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية التي يشارك فيها ناشطون وحقوقيون ومن ذوي الاعاقة وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين في المجتمع.
وناقش المشاركون في المنتديات اسباب وجود الجرائم الإلكترونية، والاضرار المترتبة عليها، بالإضافة الى عرض قصص من الواقع، والتوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي.

The Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development has implemented a local forum on Saturday afternoon and evening, 31 July 2021, to discuss the issue of cyber-crime in the cities of Seiyun, Tarim, and Al-Qattan as part of the second quarter of the project to strengthen security at the local level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen Foundation.
It aims to promote dialogue between the community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, and to create a clear understanding among security officials of the needs of the community, which will enhance community safety.
At the beginning of the discussion in the forums, the facilitators of the dialogue forums in the directorates of the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development were known as the Project for Strengthening Security at the Local Level in Yemen, and the interactive forums involved activists, jurists, people with disabilities, social figures, neighborhood leaders, young people, and active girls in society.
Participants in the forums discussed the reasons for the existence of cybercrime and the damage caused, as well as the presentation of stories of reality, the final recommendations to be discussed by facilitators and a number of activists with local authorities, relevant security agencies, and stakeholders to enhance community safety and local security.
