نفذت مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية مساء يوم الجمعة الموافق 30 يوليو 2021م المنتدى المحلي لمناقشة قضية سواقة القاصرين للمركبات بمديرية القطن ضمن انشطة الربع الثاني لبرنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن الذي تنفذه المؤسسة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين !اليمن , ويهدف الى تعزيز الحوار ما بين المجتمع المحلي
و مسئولي الحكومة المحلية لإحداث اسهامات مهمة في تحسين العلاقة بين قطاع الامن و المجتمع و إيجاد فهم واضح لدى مسؤولي الامن باحتياجات المجتمع و الذي من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى تعزيز السلامة المجتمعيةوفي بداية النقاش بالمنتدى عرف ميسري المنتدى الحواري بالمديرية بمؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية الأستاذ / عبد الله بن شهاب، وإيمان باشعيوث بالتعريف بمشروع تعزيز الأمن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن والمنتديات الحوارية التي يشارك فيها ناشطون وحقوقيون وشخصيات اجتماعية وعقال حارات وشباب وفتيات فاعلين وفئات من ذوي الاعاقة والمهمشين في المجتمع.
وناقش المشاركون في المنتدى الأسباب التي دعت لسواقة القاصرين للمركبات ، والاضرار والاثار المترتبة عليها، بالٳضافة المقترحات والتوصيات الختامية التي سيتم مناقشتها من قبل الميسرين وعدد من النشطاء مع السلطات المحلية والاجهزة الامنية المختصة واصحاب العلاقة لتعزيز السلامة المجتمعية وتعزيز الامن المحلي.

On Friday evening, July 30, 2021, the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development held a local forum to discuss the issue of underage drivers in the Al-Qattan Directorate as part of the activities of the second quarter of the project to enhance security at the local level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Foundation in partnership with Resonate! Yemen foundation, In addition, It aims to enhance dialogue between the local community and local government officials to make important contributions to improving the relationship between the security sector and the community, and to create a clear understanding among security officials of the community’s needs, which would lead to enhancing community safety. At the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, Mr. Abdullah Bin Shehab, and Iman Bashiyouth, introduced the project to enhance security at the local level in Yemen and the dialogue forums in which activists, human rights defenders, people with disabilities, social figures, neighbors, and active young people and girls participate in society.
The participants in the forum discussed the reasons for underage driving, the damage and the consequences thereof, in addition to the final suggestions and recommendations that will be discussed by the facilitators and a number of activists with the local authorities, the relevant security services and stakeholders to enhance community safety and enhance local security.
