ضمن انشطة برنامج تعزيز الامن على المستوى المحلي في اليمن التي تنفذه مؤسسة الشهيد بن حبريش للتنمية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة رنين ! اليمن , عقد اليوم ميسري البرنامج بمديرية سيئون بالمؤسسة لقاء بمدير عام مديرية سيئون الاستاذ / محمد عوض العامري رئيس المجلس المحلي والامين العام للمجلس المحلي المهندس / حسين بامخرمة وبحضور مدير الامن والشرطة بمديرية سيئون المقدم ركن / رياض جابر العجماء ضمن الحوارات المجتمعية للمشروع لاستعراض مجمل الملاحظات والمقترحات المتعلقة بمخرجات المنتديات المحلية المتعلقة بظواهر ( السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية ) بمديرية سيئون ,
وفي اللقاء الذي احتضنته قاعة الاجتماعات بديوان السلطة المحلية بالمديرية اشاد المدير العام للمديرية الاستاذ / محمد العامري بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية وتنفيذها لهذا البرنامج واسهام دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تعزيز الامن المحلي بالمديرية .
واشار المدير العام العامري بأن الوضع الراهن افرز العديد من الظواهر السلبية والدخيلة على المجتمع , كما اسهمت تعدد الثقافات الاجتماعية بمديرية سيئون في ابراز تلك الظواهر ’ مؤكدا إن مديرية سيئون تشكل حالة افضل عن غيرها , لافتا بان ذلك لا يبرر للأجهزة الامنية والمجتمعية بالقيام بدورها في الحد من تلك الظواهر .
وكان في بداية اللقاء أعرب ميسري المشروع المجتمعين بمديرية سيئون بمؤسسة بن حبريش للتنمية المحامي / صبري عمر مسعود والاخت / مريم حمادي عن شكرهم لقيادة السلطة المحلية والامنية بعقد هذا اللقاء والاستماع الى جملة من الملاحظات والمقترحات التي طرحت من خلال المنتديات الحوارية التي عقدت خلال الفترة الماضية بمشاركة كوكبة من الناشطين والشباب والاعلامين لمناقشة ظاهرة السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية.
وبعد نقاشات مستفيضة والتأكيد على خطورة تلك الظواهر وعدد من الظواهر الاخرى وأبرزها السرقة والجرائم الالكترونية تم الخروج بعدد من النتائج للحد والوقوف بحزم امامها وأبرزها التأكيد على التوعية المجتمعية واسهام الاسرة والمجتمع في تعزيز دور المجتمع في الابلاغ والشهادة وتكثيف جانب التنمية البشرية لأفراد الامن العام والنظر في العديد من فقرات قانون العقوبات.

One of the activities of the enhanced Security Program at the Local Level in Yemen, which is being implemented by the Martyr Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development in partnership with the Resonate! Yemen Foundation, The facilitators of the program held a meeting today with the Director General of Seiyun District, Mr. Mohamed Awad Al-Amiri, the Head of the Local Council and Secretary General of the Local Council, Eng. Hussein Bahramah, in the presence of the Director of Security and Police in Seiyun District, Lieutenant Colonel Roken/Riyad Jabir Al-Ajam, as part of the community dialog of the project to review all the observations and proposals related to the outputs of local forums related to phenomena (theft and cybercrime) in Seiyun District , In the meeting, which was held in the meeting hall of the local authority in the district, the director general of the directorate, Mr. Mohamed Al-Amri, praised Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development and its implementation of this program, as well as the role of civil society organizations in enhancing local security in the district.
Al-Ameri noted that the current situation has produced many negative and extraneous phenomena, and the plurality of social cultures in Seiyun District has contributed to highlighting these phenomena. He confirmed that Seiyun District is a better case than the others, noting that this does not justify the security and community agencies playing their role in curbing these phenomena.
The project facilitators, who met in the Seiyun district of Bin Habreesh Foundation for Development, expressed their thanks to the leadership of the local and security authorities for holding this meeting and listening to a number of remarks and proposals which were put forward through the dialog forums held recently, with the participation of a group of activists, youth, and journalists, to discuss the phenomenon of theft and cyber crimes.
After extensive discussions and confirmation of the seriousness of these phenomena and a number of other phenomena, most notably theft and cyber crimes, a number of results were produced to limit and firmly stand before them. The most prominent of these was the affirmation of community awareness and the contribution of the family and society to enhancing the role of society in reporting and testifying, intensifying the aspect of human development for public security personnel, and consideration of many paragraphs of the penal code.
