“Launch of Training Program on Integrated Pest Management and Pesticide Control under ‘Water for Peace’ Project”

BHF launched a specialized training program on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and pesticide control, funded by IOM, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

The launch was attended by the Assistant Deputy Governor of Hadhramout for the Valley and Desert Directorates, Eng. Hesham Al-Saeedi, who praised the foundation’s effective efforts in resolving water-related conflicts and managing pesticide use.

The 3-day training program is attended by a group of agricultural engineers from Seiyun and Tarim districts, aiming to enhance their skills and knowledge in IPM and pesticide control.
